Agriculture License Requirements
Private Applicator – 15 CEUs
2 credits in laws and regulations and 2 credits in integrated pest management (IPM).
10 hours may be earned with our approved Internet courses.
Agricultural Commercial/Noncommercial Applicators – 5 CEUs
1 credit each from 2 of the following categories: laws and regulations, integrated pest management or drift minimization.
CEUs may be earned with approved Internet or correspondence courses every other year.

Structural License Requirements
Structural Pest Control License Requirements (SPCS)
Structural Certified Applicator – 3 CEUs annually
2 credits in general and 1 credit in each structural category in which you are certified.
At least 1 of the 2 general credits must cover federal and state laws, pesticide safety, environmental protection, or integrated pest management
Structural Technician – 8 CEUs annually
Technicians must complete 8 hours of TDA SPCS approved verifiable training annually.
